Are taxes and gratuities included? No, taxes and gratuity for wait staff are not included in the quote for your event. We are happy to add taxes
in. However, there is always the chance that more or less wait staff will be needed once the day of your event arrives. Generally,
we have one server to every 10 guests, but again, that may vary given the event.
